Are the games and trails family-friendly?: Absolutely! Our games and trails are designed for all ages. However, please note that they involve a moderate amount of walking.
How many people are needed to play the game or trail?: The game is best experienced with at least two players, making it a fantastic choice for team bonding with friends, family, or colleagues. While solo play is possible, we highly recommend teaming up with others to fully enjoy the collaborative and engaging adventure.; The trail can be enjoyed solo or with a group of any size, allowing you to explore at your own pace.
What will I do in the game?: Embark on an interactive adventure guided by our mobile app! Solve intriguing clues, crack riddles, uncover hidden gems, and explore fascinating spots around Singapore's vibrant neighborhoods.
What will I do in the trail?: Explore various neighborhoods at your own pace, learning its history, discovering hidden gems and enjoying the sights and sounds of the city.

Is the game or trail completely outdoors?: Yes, it is! To ensure a comfortable experience, we recommend bringing water bottles and an umbrella as the weather may be hot or rainy. The game does not require going indoors to progress or solve puzzles. However, you're welcome to explore indoor spaces for your own enjoyment.
What if it rains during the game or trail?: You can take a break and continue once the rain stops, or even resume the game or trail on another day. The mobile app saves your progress at every stage, and it will remain valid until you finish.
How do I start my game or trail?: You'll receive a unique passcode to enter in the app, which will remain valid until you finish the game or trail.
Do I need internet access?: Internet access is only required when entering your unique passcode to unlock the app. After that, everything works seamlessly offline.
What if I get stuck or lost?: No worries! You can use the app's hint or help button to guide you, and if needed, it will reveal the answer. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via WhatsApp at +65 8131 5080.

How long do I need to complete the game or trail?: The game or trail typically takes around 2 hours to complete, not including breaks or optional detours.
Is there a time limit?: No, there's no time limit! You can take as many breaks and detours as you like, enjoying the adventure at your own pace.
Are there any time restrictions on when we can play the game or trail?: You can play the game or trail at any time of the day. However, we recommend starting between 7 AM and 6 PM for the best experience, as daylight enhances the adventure.

Can I reschedule my booking on the same day?: Of course! Just let us know, and we'll gladly reschedule for you. We understand that the weather conditions can be unpredictable.

Do you collect any personal data during the game (e.g., location, pictures, etc.)?: We value your privacy and do NOT collect personal data such as your location or photos during the game. However, once you've finished the game, we do collect your nickname, team name and score to display on a private team scoreboard. This information is stored securely and used for showcasing results.
